Crispy fish balls is a very easy recipe that tastes sweet, sour, and hot. You can use any fish of your choice but make sure to use a fish that has fewer bones.
Ingredients:
Fish - 500 Grams
Egg - 1 no
Butter - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 no
Capsicum - 1 no
Corn flour - 11/2 tsp
Tomato Chilli Paste - 4 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Salt - as required
Oil -
Procedure:
1. Wash and boil the cleaned fish in the hot water for 2 to 3 mins. Drain and shred it.
2. Add Seer fish, pepper, cornflour, egg, and mix well.
3. Make it small balls and deep fry till golden.
4. Drain and keep aside.
5. In a pan add butter, add garlic, onion, capsicum, salt and saute 2 min on high flame.
6. Add tomato chili paste, soy sauce, and saute for a min on high flame.
7. Add fried fish balls and pepper. Toss it well.
8. Add cornflour in water and mix it well. Make sure it has no lumps.
9. Add the corn water in the pan and saute well for a minute.
10. Chili Fish Ball is ready. Serve this with your favorite fried rice.
