@ThePeytonLeigh2 years agoI have so much difficulty stretching my leg behind my back. I do a split and my torso is leaning forward instead of up straight because of it. Cant figure it out but maybe these stretches can help.

@sarahahahahahahah10 months agoI tried this with no stretching and no wall. Ended up having too much power and forward rolled, heard 5 things crack in my neck and back when i did itstill too scared to do this but i can almost do it from a bridge.
