Crispy Coconut Crepe
A quick Breakfast recipe.
Basically its Coconut stuffed crepes .Normally it is made as a roll and left it soft.But we like to make it crispy.
We call it Perwa/Perwe/Pelve in Kokni in the modern times we can name it Sweet Dosa/Coconut Crepes/Kokni Crepes.
NOTE For vegetarians and those who don't want to use egg .Instead of egg make paste of 2 TBSP Boiled rice for binding and 1/4 TSP soda for fluffiness and add to the mixture and leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
Ingredients Required
One Cup Rice Flour
2-3 TBSP Ghee
3 TBSP Sugar
1 TSP Salt
Saffron
1/2 TSP Cardamom
1 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
