With Jacques de Aldersberg outed as the true enemy, Kings Foltest and Radovid contract Geralt to eliminate him. 6:56 -- Ashes of Vizima After dialogue with the kings and Dandelion, it's time for Geralt to make a push into the Temple Quarter. His goal is to reach the Order's building within the Temple Quarter, but he'll have to make a detour through some homes and the Sewers. 7:11, as Geralt rounds the corner around St. Lebioda's hospital, he'll have a conversation with Siegfried. If on the Scoia'tael path, Siegfried will have to be killed. On the Neutral, Siegfried can be killed, or he can be convinced to abandon the Jacques' plans. On the Order path, Siegfried always lives. 8:06, after Geralt deals with Siegfried or battles some knights, Geralt runs into a refugee. The man offers safety within his home. Inside the home, Geralt runs into some familiar faces. After chatting up some friends, 13:10, loot the cellar key from a crate in the home's basement, and move on to another home. Kill the Wraiths and Bruxa and head upstairs. Exit the building through a window. 14:00, back outdoors, you'll face another battle. If not on the Scoia'tael path, Yaevinn will confront Geralt. On the Neutral path, Yaevinn can be convinced to stand down, but on the Order path, Yaevinn must die. ---Zeugl Boss Battle 14:48, on all paths, Geralt accounts an injured Order knight who gives him a key to the Sewers. Inside the Sewers, Geralt will battle a Zeugl, 16:11. The Zeugl is pretty easy. Kill tentacles until the Zeugl's main body surfaces, attack the body until it retreats, repeat the cycle until the Zeugl is dead. --Out of the Sewers 18:43, with the Zeugl dead and Geralt out of the Sewers, Geralt must enter the Order's Cloister. This involves killing some more mutants. Once inside, some knights will try to prevent Geralt from entering the inner sanctum. Kill them and loot the key you need from one of them. Once inside, it's time to have a chat with Jacques. 20:29 -- Frozen Reflections Jacques will attempt to dissuade Geralt from battling him. This culminates to Jacques teleporting Geralt into a vision of the future. Geralt must battle his way through phantoms if he wants to face Jacques in battle. This part of the game is rather linear and is the final set piece. Make sure to drink the Willow potion as enemies near the end are capable of knocking Geralt down and then performing an instant-kill attack. 35:51, near the end, Geralt will be given a final opportunity to Meditate before his battle with Jacques. WARNING: Meditating will cause all your combat bonuses (be they sword enhancements or potion effects) to go away. 36:22 --- Jacques de Aldersberg Boss Battle Jacques will initially flee the battleground so that mutants may assault Geralt. Once the mutants are dead, Jacques will enter the battle with Ifrits assisting him. Ignore the Ifrits and damage Jacques. Once Jacques is severely injured, 38:23, the King of the Wild Hunt will appear and give Geralt a choice. Either, Geralt surrenders Jacques to Eredin (the King of the Wild Hunt), or Geralt defeats Eredin's projection and kills Jacques personally. (Eredin probably wants Jacques soul since Jacques is a Child of the Elder Blood.) 43:30 -- Back in Reality With Jacques killed in the vision, the Grandmaster is dead in the waking world. Loot the Witchers' mutagens from his corpse and attempt to exit the cloister. As Geralt attempts to go indoors, he'll have a conversation with Dandelion, and the game's final scenes will begin. 46:06 -- Slideshow 47:20 -- Cliff Hanger for Witcher 2 -- The Attempted Assassination of King Foltest
