In today's lesson I go over a really cool technique that I got from one of my students. The whole concept stems around your everyday major and minor triads and just moving them around a half step down and then a half step back to its original position. All the while you're doing this, you are keeping your picking hand muting the strings at play to create that Cory Wong-ish (Vulfpeck, The Frequent Flyers) sound. Hope you guys like the lesson! **PATREON** http://www.patreon.com/juanantoniomusic **BOOK** "The Art of Scale Weaving" Amazon: https://amzn.to/2JTSu4G Barnes and Nobles: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/the-art-of-scale-weaving-juan-antonio-rivera/1126686375?ean=9781944213404 **INSTRUCTIONAL BOX SETS** Guitar Tutorials "10 Modern Fusion Licks" https://sellfy.com/p/vFTk/ Guitar Tutorials "10 Modern Jazz Licks" https://sellfy.com/p/oqUu/ Guitar Tutorials "10 Progressive Rock Fusion Lick" https://sellfy.com/guitartutorials/p/juan-antonio/ **SKYPE LESSONS** http://www.juanantoniomusic.com Subscribe to my youtube channel for more lessons: /juan046 Follow me on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/JuanAntonioMusic Follow me on Instagram at: https://instagram.com/juanantonio046/ @juanantonio046 Follow me on Twitter at: @juanantonio046 https://twitter.com/juanantonio046
