INGREDIENTS for maan kochur malaikari :
Maan kochu - 400gm
Mustard oil - 15gm
Ghee - 10gm
Gooseberry(amloki) - 2 pieces
Tamarind - 100gm
Turmeric powder - 5gm
Chilli powder - 6gm
Salt - 5gm
Garam masala - 3 gm
Coconut - one big
Water - to boil
Ginger - 2 tbsp
