    @munkymunk3 years ago Cooking pork to lightly pink is mostly fine these days if you live in a country with good food production standards. And pork loin really needs it. Cook that stuff too long and it' s fit for the trash. 10

    @darenabryant91003 years ago Why do they pat the meat down with a paper towel before cutting it? It' s not really cleaning it so much as putting whatever the towel was in contact with on the meat, and maybe adding some paper fibers to it.
