Betel leaf is a special leaf which the Vietnamese Cuisine uses to wrapped up some minced or ground beef mixed with spice and flavoured it a bit sweet ,put on a bamboo skewer then grilled over charcoal fire .Yummy ! and perfect with cold beer...
