This dish is simple and quick to prepare. It's something I can cook at least twice a week! You may serve it as a side dish or make a whole dinner out of it by adding some vegetables. It's my go-to pasta when I'm in a hurry yet still want to eat healthily. Rotel is one of my favorite brands to use since it tastes great and is quite affordable. Thanks for watching ✨ INGREDIENTS • 2lbs of ground beef • 1 large can of rotel tomatoes • 1⁄2 cup of onions • 1⁄2 cup of green bell peppers • 1 (16oz) block of Velveeta cheese (use however much you like) • 1 (160z) block of white queso Blanco Velveeta cheese (I used half of this block) • 1 1⁄2 cup of heavy whipping cream • 1 Box of Ziti noodles Seasonings: • 2 tsp of garlic powder • 2 tsp of onion powder • 2 tsp of lemon pepper • 2 tsp of Slap Ya Mama seasoning • 2 tsp of Accent • 1 pack of taco seasoning INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Ground your meat and season it. 2. Add your onions and bell peppers. 3. Drain your grease and add it back to the pan. 4. Add your cheese blocks (stir on med/low heat) 5. Add 1 can of rotel tomatoes (do not drain) 6. Add 1 1⁄2 cup of heavy whipping cream (add more if it's too thick) 7. Once everything is melted, you will add your cooked noodles. 8. Stir well and top with green onions. 9. Enjoy Now, your meal is ready, time to eat!
