This World Environment Day we at The Habitainer had two very interesting guests with us who shared similar views on Farm to Table. Our pod is placed in a community farm and with all the nutritious veggies and fruits around us, the concept of "Farm to Fork" or "Farm to Table" blends very well with The Habitainer. Our first guest Anamika Bisht, the founder of village story, runs this community farm in Bengaluru and has helped us with all the major ingredients for the feast today. Our second guest chef Deepa, founder of Mortar & Pestles, helps us with some amazing fresh salads, sandwiches and sherbets. Their Instagram links are below.
