Ingredients
Fine smooth rice flour 1 cup makes 2 rotla
Water
Pinch of salt
Ghee
Method
Take required quantity of flour in a big bowl
Add a pinch of salt
1 tdp desi ghee (optional)
Now keep adding water n knead a soft dough
(If ur rice flour is course then use warm water to knead dough n rest for double time.)
Allow to rest for 5min
Now divide into equal parts n start rolling rotla using rice flour
Or use plastic sheet n tap on work top to make round n flat
Roast n apply ghee
Enjoy with any sabji tastes best with gravy sabji, n all green bhaji onion dry sabji.
