Omg This Coconut Pie Recipe Is Amazing

Coconut Pie Recipe 1 pecan pie crust or your choice of crust 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 6 tbsp melted butter 1 cup milk - whole or 2% works i used 2% because that’s what i had in my house. 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp FRESH GRATED NUTMEG 2 tsp coconut extract 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp all purpose flour 1 and 3/4 cups shredded coconut Oven 325 for 50 minutes to an hr. I used this low temp because coconut is easy to burn so you want to check on it every 30 minutes to make sure you’re good.
