Learn to make tasty and yummy rasedaar aloo ki sabzi for navratri vrat. This video will give full Tutorial of making raseddar aloo ki sabzi in a very easy way.
Ingrediants:
Boiled Potatoed :4-5
Green Corriander:2-3 tbsp
Tomato:2-3
Desi Ghee:2 tbsp
Asafoetida : 1 pinch
Corriander powder : 1 tsp
Curd : 2 tsp
Garam Masala :1 tsp
salt : as per taste
Water :1 cup
Procedure:
Wash taomatos and chop them.
Peel potatoes and crush into big chunks.
Heat oil in a pan . Add cumin seeds and asfoetida in it.
Now, add corriander powder.
Put tomatos and red chilli powder.
Saute the masala till the oil separates
Now, turn off gas and add curd to it. Mix it well.
Stir for 2 min.
Add water
When the sabzi shimmers, addd garam masala and green corriander in it.
Now, sabzi will turn thick and release good aroma.
Take a laddle and turn on gas.
put ghee in it and add 1 tsp degi mirch in it.
Turn off gas and mix it in aloo sabzi.
This will give a good colour to sabzi.
