بسبوسة مع جوز الهند بطريقة كلش سهلة 😍 . ملاحظة: طبخ الزبدة اختياري المقادير: للقطر: - كوب سكر - كوب ماء - رشة الفانيلا للعجينة: - نصف قالب زبدة - كوبين سميد - كوب سكر - نصف كوب جوز - ملعقة كبيرة لبن - كوب قشطة طريقة العمل : • في قدر نظر جميع مكونات الشيره • نتركها تغلي على النار لمده خمس دقائق • العجينه في خلاط باناسونيك نضع السميد والسكر والزبده المذوبة نخلطها حتى تتجانس • بعدها نضع جوز الهند واللبن والقشطه ثم نخلط • حتى تكون عندنا عجينه • نضع العجينه في صينيه الفرن • نقطعها مع وضع اللوز للتزيين • ندخليها في فرن باناسونيك ونختار اختيار الكيك •بعد أن تخرج نضع الشيرة و بالعافية. Ingredients: For the Syrup: - 1 Cup Sugar - 1 Cup Water - 1 Dash Vanilla For the Dough: - 1/2 Block Butter - 2 Cups Semolina - 1 Cup Sugar - 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut - 1 Tbsp Yogurt - 1 Cup Cream . Method: • Add all the Syrup ingredients into a pot • Let them boil for 5 minutes • For the dough, Add Semolina, Sugar, and Melted Butter into a Panasonic Food Processor and mix until they homogenize • Add Coconut, Yogurt, and Cream then mix again until a dough is formed • Put the dough in an oven tray • Cut it and add Almonds as garnish • Put it in a Panasonic Electric Oven and choose the 'Cake' option • After taking it out of the oven, add the Syrup .
