Urban Trees & Improving Neighbourhood Air Quality

What role do urban trees play in removing air pollution from our neighbourhoods? Anyone interested in air quality, neighbourhoods, planning or urban environments is encouraged to attend this event. Presenter Dr. Greg King (Professor of Environmental Science, UofA Augustana) will provide an overview of the science being conducted on the topic and present results from an urban forest inventory and benefits analysis conducted in tandem with a residential neighbourhood in Camrose.
