THE GAMBIA - Yoga Retreat Heal from Within.

I visited The Gambia last week and stayed in a small village Madina Salam. I took part in a yoga retreat - Heal from Within which was run by Manjit - https://www.instagram.com/yogawithmanjit/ We stayed at the working lodge of WYCE - a charity which stared 25 years ago supporting the local people of Madina Salam.
