Ingredients: 600g bread flour./ 5 cups 5g instant yeast./ 1.5 teaspoon 8g salt./ 1.5 teaspoon 4g sugar./ 1 teaspoon 200g milk./ 3/4 cup 200g water./ 3/4 cup Sesame seeds as desired. Directions: Mix all dry ingredients until fully combined. Then, add the milk and combine it with the rest of the ingredients. Next, gradually add the water and continue mixing until the dough forms into a shaggy ball. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit for 2 hours or until it doubles in size. Meanwhile, butter the bread mold and set aside (alternatively, you can use an oil spray or line your mold with parchment paper). After the dough has doubled in size, sprinkle your work surface with flour and start shaping your dough ball into a loaf as shown in the video. Next, transfer the dough into the mold and wrap it with plastic wrap for another hour (second rise). After 45 minutes, preheat the oven to 200-220C depending on your oven (use an oven thermometer for an accurate temperature reading). 15 minutes later, unwrap the mold, spray the loaf with water, sprinkle some sesame seeds, and cover your mold with the mold lid. Next, place the loaf into the oven and set a timer for 35-40 minutes. This duration will allow the bread to bake thoroughly. Remove the lid during the last 5-10 minutes to get the crust color you desire. Remove the baked loaf from the mold and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to let it cool before slicing your delicious sandwich bread! TIP: Try to avoid measuring your ingredients with cups and spoons as it is not as accurate as measuring in grams. Since this is a simple recipe, you will not face problems if you use cups/spoons. However, in more complicated recipes, you may face difficulties. Therefore, I would recommend you get used to using grams when baking to get better results.
