Lechon Paksiw is a crowd favorite usually made with lechon or lechon kawali. But for this video I though I’d teach your how to make cracklings of the skin. It basically includes broiling for about 5 mins so that direct heat will be applied to the pork belly and start popping up and making the skin crispy. Then it’s off to making the lechon sauce. For this recipe we decided to use Mang Tomas because that pretty midstream. And finally serve with rice, and enjoy!
