HELP InsydeH20 Setup Utility keep poping up when i open my laptop

Getting this setup. Not sure how to deal with it. Anyone knows? When i turn off again keep apearing. 1.As u can see there is buzer sound in begining i cant even press anuthing 2.once buzer went off i tried press F9 to get setup default but it keeps coming to this buzer. 3.i tried to go boot option,but i cant go back as if my esc button not working 4.any idea how to solve this
