Today I'll be taking you over the BEST Gaming PC you can build in 2018! Capable of 1440p at Medium to High Settings in the latest AAA titles, this is a very well rounded, great value system! With 16GB of RGB RAM, a Corsair Spec-06 case, 6-core, 12-thread CPU and ASUS STRIX GPU it's a build that covers the performance and aesthetics bases more than adequately! The chip also boasts a base clock of 3.4GHz and boost of 3.9GHz with overclocking support! Deepcool's GAMMAX GT is a 120mm, 150W TDP tower-style CPU cooler, which boasts fantastic RGB implementation and support for a wide range of CPU sockets. At a super affordable price tag, it's a great value, great looking addition! The MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon supports upto 64GB of RAM, M.2 drives and Ryzen 3, 5 and 7 CPUs for a plethora of build combinations! With a neutral black aesthetic, complemented with a subtle array of RGBs it supports overclocking and also boasts USB 3.1 Type C! 16GB of RAM is the sweet spot for gaming in 2018, and this ADATA kit gives you the capacity in a well-rounded package. Reliable performance, coupled with a metallic red heat sink and plentiful amounts of RGB create a fantastic addition to any gaming PC!    For the mass storage in this build I selected a 2TB Seagate Barracuda. The 7200RPM speed is as fast the mainstream, consumer hard drives tend to get, and the 2000GB capacity allows for your Steam and Origin libraries to be installed! For the fast, SSD storage in this build I selected the Samsung 970 EVO. One of the fastest SSD drives on the market, this M.2 SSD is a perfect addition, facilitating super fast Windows boot up times and giving enough storage capacity for the odd game or two as well! For the GPU in this build the ASUS ROG STRIX variant of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 allows for 1440p and some 4K games! With the recent RTX launch from Nvidia, this card should also become increasingly affordable! The case I opted for is Corsair's SPEC-06. With an addressable RGB strip at the front, solid cable management options, adequate air flow and PSU shield the build quality is fantastic, and the chassis looks equally as good! 650W of clean, 80+ Bronze certified power ensures the components in this build get all of the energy they need! With a quiet semi-fanless design, semi modular interface and affordable price tag it is a well rounded option!
