This is a dry cleaners guide to fixing water stains on suede! Suede is the inside side of leather meaning that it is little bits of flesh (gross I know but that's important). Those little nubs can fall down when water is applied which makes the garment appear 'stained'. It's really just a light reflection issue that can be fixed with some gentle rubbing. To do this I recommend hitting it with a lint brush or a suede stone / eraser to lift those particles back up.
