Aling Oday’s version of Kikiam. Kikiam is a popular street food in the Philippines, commonly peddled in make-shift wooden carts along with fish or seafood balls and a variety of dipping sauces. I made this recipe and I have an old video several years ago. I re-created this for a better quality video. For more recipes, visit: www.alingodays.co.uk
