Sapsapuriket o dinuguang manok is an Ilocano cuisine of native chicken in its blood @MySweetZaza Ingredients: * 1 kg Native Chicken- clean and cut into small pieces * Chicken blood with 2 tablespoons vinegar stir and mix well * 2 Tablespoons Cooking oil * 4 Gloves garlic-peeled and minced * 1 Big sized onion- peeled and chopped * 1 Thumb sized ginger-peeled and minced * 2 Pcs chilies o siling haba * 1/2 Teaspoon Ground black pepper(pamintang durog) * 2 pcs bay leaf o dahon ng laurel * 1 Chicken cube or granules seasoning( vetsin) * 2 Tablespoons Fish sauce o patis * 1 ½ Cup of water * 1 Tablespoon sugar (optional) * Salt to taste Taste and adjust seasoning, as needed Serve and Enjoy Adobong baka recipe /watch/Y3eVqFJH6sRHV Thank you for watching.
