METHOD
1.First we need to roast few ingredients
Coconut (dry) - 25 gram
Peanuts - 30 gram
Cashews - 6
Charoli - 1 teaspoon
Poppy seeds - 1 teaspoon
Black peppercorns - 15
Roast and grind along with yogurt - 100 gram into a fine paste
2. In another pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon
Clarified butter - 1 tablespoon
To it add
Cloves - 5
Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom - 3
Cinnamon sticks - 3
Saute
3.Then add thinly sliced onions - 2 medium to big and fry till golden brown
4.Add ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon and saute well
5.Add mutton medium sized - 1/2 kilo, add salt and half a teaspoon turmeric powder
6.Roast it well add water and cook till onion gets tender
7.Then add
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 2 teaspoon and saute well
8.Then add the ground paste and saute well and add water - 2 cups , cook till mutton gets tender
9. Also add coriander and mint leaves , green chilies - 5
10.Enjoy along with pulao
