#ChandrikaKitchen#Kajucurry#Kajumasalacurry Let see the process for How to make kaju curry/kaju masala curry/Cashew curry/Cashew masala curry at home in telugu. take a pan add 2 tbsp of oil / ghee/butter let it be heat and add 1 cup split cashews and fry them until golden brown color then keep it aside,then take a mixer jar add 1 cup onion slices,7/8 green chillies/10 cashews/1 tbsp ginger slices/2/3 garlic cloves, 3 cups tomoto slices(if tomotoes have too much of sour taste increase the onion slices quantity) grind them into fine paste.after that take a pan add 3 tbsp of oil then add grinded mixture keep the flame on medium cover with lid stir occasionally after cooking add 1 tbsp salt,1 tbsp red chili powder,1/4 tbsp garam masala powder mix well then take 1/2 tbsp kasori methi next add 1/2 cup cream(if you dont have cream at home take milk and boiled you will get one layer take that one into mixer jar add some water then grind it you will get nice cream so,that way we can easily make cream at home) then,add fried cashews into the gravy mix well and cover with lid for five more minutes so,mix well and serve with butter naan,roti,chapathi. super delicious Restaurant style kaju curry/Kaju masala curry/Cashew curry/Cashew masala curry ready at home and with in minutes with less ingredients with less time.
